How to Transfer Assets Between Accounts

Users can transfer assets between their On-Chain Wallet balance and Futures Account balance directly inside the TTT portfolio system.

Internal transfers are processed instantly with zero transfer fees and do not require separate on-chain transactions.

Transfers are primarily used to:

  • Allocate collateral for perpetual trading;
  • Move unused funds back to the On-Chain wallet balance;

Transfers are processed internally and do not require blockchain confirmations for Futures balance allocation.

Step 1 — Open Transfer

After logging in:

  • Go to the Portfolio page;

  • Tap Transfer.

The transfer popup will open.

Step 2 — Select Transfer Direction

Choose:

  • From account;
  • To account.

Supported transfer directions include:

  • On-Chain Wallet → Futures Account;
  • Futures Account → On-Chain Wallet.

Example:

  • Transfer USDC from your On-Chain Wallet into the Futures Account to use as perpetual trading collateral.

Step 3 — Enter Amount

Enter the transfer amount of supported asset (USDC).

The interface will display:

  • Available wallet balance;
  • Selected asset;
  • Estimated transfer processing time.

Users can also use the Max button to transfer the maximum available balance.

Step 4 — Confirm Transfer

After entering the amount, confirm the transfer request.

Once completed:

  • The balance updates automatically;
  • Funds become available in the selected destination account;
  • Futures collateral updates accordingly if transferred into the Futures Account.

Important Note

Internal transfers are primarily designed for users who signed up through Email, Google, or Telegram.

When assets are deposited, they are initially received in the user's On-Chain Wallet balance. To enable instant, gas-free perpetual trading, those funds must be transferred to the Futures Account (Vault), where they become available as trading collateral/margin.

Users can transfer funds between their On-Chain Wallet and Futures Account at any time. All internal transfers are processed instantly and incur no transfer fees.
