Common Issues
Quick fixes for the questions that come up most often. If none of these resolve your issue, reach out via Customer Support.
I connected my wallet but I can't trade
Connecting a wallet is only the first step. To enable trading you must also sign the authorization request that appears after connecting. That single signature provisions your trading session and a delegated signer. No gas fee is required for it. If you dismissed the request, reconnect and approve the signature. See Onboarding.
I'm on the wrong network
Trading and settlement run on Arbitrum. If your wallet is on a different network, a network-switch request appears during connect or deposit — approve it. You can confirm the active network and vault address in the Smart Contract Addresses.
My deposit isn't showing up
- Wait for on-chain confirmation. Deposits settle after the blockchain confirms the transaction; this is not instant.
- Social-login (embedded wallet) users: deposited funds first land in your On-Chain Wallet balance. They are not usable as trading collateral until you move them to your Futures Account. See How to Transfer Assets Between Accounts.
- Check the network and asset. Funds sent through an unsupported asset/network combination may arrive in the wallet you control but may not be recognized or displayed by the platform.
See How to Deposit Assets and Futures Account vs. On-Chain Account Balance.
My funds are in the wrong account
If your balance is in the On-Chain Wallet but you want to trade, transfer it to the Futures Account. If it's in the Futures Account and you want to withdraw it on-chain, transfer it back first. Internal transfers are instant and free — see How to Transfer Assets Between Accounts.
My withdrawal is still pending
Withdrawals are processed asynchronously and require three independent signatures (yours, the trade system's, and the proofer validator's) before the vault releases funds. The dashboard shows the lifecycle (queued → proving → settling → settled). If it fails, the reason is shown and your funds stay safely in the vault. See Core Flow (Withdraw).
I signed up with a social login — do I really own my wallet?
Yes. Social-login accounts use a self-custodial embedded wallet. You can export the private key or seed phrase at any time and import it into any EVM-compatible wallet. Back it up — TTT support can never recover or access it for you. See How to Export Your Private Key.
Still need help?
Reach the team through the official channels listed in Customer Support and Official Links. TTT will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, or wallet recovery credentials.
