How to Withdraw Assets

Users can withdraw assets from their TTT account through the on-chain withdrawal system. Depending on the account type and withdrawal method, funds may be sent either to the connected wallet address or to a specified destination wallet address.

All withdrawals are processed on-chain and are completed after the required blockchain confirmations on the selected network.

Step 1 — Open Portfolio

After logging in to TTT Web3:

  • Go to the homepage;
  • In the top navigation header, tap Portfolio.

Portfolio page

Inside the Portfolio page, tap Withdraw.

Withdraw button

Step 2 — Enter Withdrawal Details

Inside the withdrawal popup:

  • Enter the recipient wallet address;
  • Enter the withdrawal amount;
  • Select the receive token;
  • Select the destination network.

The interface will display:

  • Available balance;
  • Estimated received amount;
  • Transaction breakdown;

Withdrawal popup

Users can also use the Max button to withdraw the maximum available balance.

Transaction Breakdown shows:

  • Route used for settlement;
  • Estimated network cost;
  • Expected price impact.

Before confirming the withdrawal:

  • Double-check the recipient address carefully;
  • Ensure the selected network matches the destination wallet or exchange;
  • Verify the withdrawal amount and receive asset.

Incorrect addresses or unsupported networks may result in permanent loss of funds.

Step 3 — Confirm the Withdrawal

For Connected Web3 Wallet Users

If you are using a connected Web3 wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect, etc.), withdrawals can only be sent back to the currently connected wallet address.

Because the TTT Vault infrastructure is directly linked to your wallet ownership and signature authorization, destination addresses cannot be modified during the withdrawal process.

You can select:

  • The asset to receive;
  • The destination network.
  • Withdrawal Amount

If you select an asset other than USDC on Arbitrum, TTT will automatically use its bridging infrastructure to convert and route your collateral to the selected asset and destination network before completing the withdrawal. You can review the route, estimated fees, and price impact in the Transaction Breakdown section.

window showing:

  • Withdrawal amount;
  • Destination asset;
  • Destination network;
  • Estimated received amount;
  • Transaction details.

After tapping Withdraw, your wallet will then open and request a transaction signature. Once signed and confirmed, the withdrawal is submitted on-chain and the funds will arrive in your wallet after the required blockchain confirmations.

For Social Login Users (Email, Google, Telegram)

Social-login users can withdraw to any supported external wallet address.

Enter:

  • The destination wallet address;
  • The asset to receive;
  • The destination network;
  • The withdrawal amount.

After tapping Withdraw, TTT transfers the selected asset from your On-Chain Wallet balance to the specified destination wallet address. Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, the funds will arrive at the destination wallet.

If you select an asset other than USDC on Arbitrum, TTT will automatically use its bridging infrastructure to convert and route your collateral to the selected asset and destination network before completing the withdrawal. You can review the route, estimated fees, and price impact in the Transaction Breakdown section.

No external wallet transaction or on-chain signature is required from the user during the withdrawal process.

Important Notes

  • Withdrawals are processed directly on-chain;
  • Network gas fees may apply depending on the selected chain;
  • Only withdraw to compatible wallet addresses and supported networks;
  • Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on blockchain congestion and network confirmations.
