TheTrueTrade | Referral Program Overview

Overview

TheTrueTrade (“TheTrueTrade”) Referral Program allows eligible users to earn commissions from qualifying trading activity generated by referred users (“Referees”). Participation in the Program is subject to the TheTrueTrade Platform Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Referral Program Terms.

Eligibility

Participants must hold an active TheTrueTrade account, completed KYC, be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction, comply with all applicable laws, and follow all TheTrueTrade Platform Terms, Privacy Policies, and compliance requirements. Users from restricted jurisdictions may not participate.

Referral Rewards

Referral commissions are generated from eligible trading fees paid by referred users. Rewards are credited to the Referrer’s TheTrueTrade account and may be settled in the same asset used for trading fees, typically USDT. Commission structures, payout schedules, and reward models may change at TheTrueTrade’s discretion.

Referral commissions apply to eligible perpetual futures trading activity across both CEX and DEX trading modes, with no minimum or maximum trading volume requirement unless otherwise specified by TheTrueTrade. Commissions are calculated based on TheTrueTrade’s active maker and taker trading fee structure, typically settled daily in USDT, and remain active for up to 365 days from the invited user’s registration date. TheTrueTrade may also support commission-sharing or cashback features, and reserves the right to modify commission structures, payout schedules, VIP eligibility, cashback ratios, and related referral conditions at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in self-referrals, fake accounts, wash trading, misleading promotion, spam, abuse of rewards systems, geographic circumvention, or any manipulative or fraudulent conduct. Violations may result in reward cancellation, suspension, or permanent disqualification.

Compliance & Verification

TheTrueTrade reserves the right to conduct KYC, AML screening, sanctions checks, fraud investigations, and compliance reviews at any time. Referral rewards may be delayed, restricted, adjusted, or cancelled where required for security, legal, or compliance reasons.

Taxes & Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable tax obligations and local laws related to referral earnings. Referrers act independently and may not represent themselves as official agents or employees of TheTrueTrade.

TheTrueTrade Rights

TheTrueTrade reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Referral Program, commission structures, reward systems, or eligibility requirements at any time with or without notice.
