If access to Google Authenticator is lost and the 2FA code is no longer available, 2FA can be removed from the account.
Users with 2FA backup codes can use them to recover access. See this article for instructions.
Without backup codes, follow the steps below to request 2FA removal.
Send an email from the email address registered to your TheTrueTrade account to:
In your email, request that Google Authenticator be disabled for your account.

Once your request has been reviewed and your identity has been verified, our support team will assist you with removing Google Authenticator from your account so you can set up a new authentication device.
