Before you can withdraw assets from TTT, you must complete the required security settings on your account.

Withdrawal access requires:

• Verified email address
• Authenticator App (2FA) enabled

After completing these security settings, your account will be eligible for withdrawals.

Access Funding Account

To access your Funding Account:

1. Log in to your TTT account.
2. Tap the Assets button at the top-right corner of the homepage.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Funding Account.

How to Withdraw Crypto

1. On the Funding Account page, tap the Withdraw button.

2. Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.

3. Select the transfer network.

1. Enter the destination wallet address.
2. Enter the withdrawal amount.

You can also tap the MAX button to use the maximum available balance.

Important Network Reminder

Please ensure that the withdrawal network matches the receiving platform or wallet network.

Using the wrong network or an unsupported address can result in permanent asset loss.

Remarks Section

The Remarks field is optional and only visible to you.

You can use it for:

• Personal notes
• Wallet labels

Withdrawal Information

Before confirming the withdrawal, the page displays important information, including:

• Available Balance — The amount currently available for withdrawal.
• Network Fee — The blockchain fee required to process the withdrawal.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount — The minimum amount required to submit a withdrawal request.
• Maximum Withdrawal Amount — The maximum amount allowed per withdrawal request.
• Final Receive Amount — The estimated amount received after network fee deduction.

These details help users review withdrawal requirements and estimated received funds before submitting the request.

Withdrawal Amount & Receive Amount

At the bottom of the withdrawal window, you can switch between:

• Withdrawal Amount
• Receive Amount

This allows you to:

• Withdrawal Amount — The total amount deducted from your account balance, including the network fee.
• Receive Amount — The final amount that will be received by the destination wallet after fee deduction.

Complete Withdrawal

1. Review all withdrawal details carefully.
2. Confirm the wallet address and network.
3. Tap the Withdraw button.

4. Complete the required security verification steps.

   - - Enter the verification code sent to your email address

   - - Enter the 6-digit code from your Authenticator App (2FA)

    

5. After successful verification, your withdrawal request will be submitted for processing.
