Welcome to TheTrueTrade DEX. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

1. About TheTrueTrade DEX

TheTrueTrade DEX is a decentralized, non-custodial trading platform. We provide tools for interacting with blockchain protocols but do not control user funds or transactions.

1.1 Decentralized Nature:

Non-custodial Platform: Users retain full control over their funds via self-hosted wallets connected to TheTrueTrade DApp.
KYC-Free Access: The platform operates without KYC requirements, ensuring a fully decentralized trading experience.

2. User Responsibilities

By using TheTrueTrade DEX, you agree to:

Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials, private keys, and recovery phrases. Lost keys cannot be recovered by the platform.
Transaction Accuracy: All transactions are final. Double-check details before confirming.
Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction.

3. Fees and Network Gas Fees

3.1 Trading Fees:

Trading fees are charged on a per-trade basis and are automatically deducted upon transaction execution.

3.2 Network Fees (Gas Fees on Binance Smart Chain):

Network fees (gas fees) are charges paid to the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) to process and confirm transactions.
Gas fees are not controlled by TheTrueTrade DEX and are required for smart contract execution.
The gas fee amount fluctuates based on network congestion, transaction complexity, and BSC validator fees.
Users must maintain sufficient BNB in their wallets to cover gas fees when interacting with the platform.

4. Risks and Risk Control Measures

4.1 Trading Risks:

Trading digital assets involves significant risks, such as:

Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate rapidly, causing potential loss of investments.
Smart Contract Risks: Errors, exploits, or vulnerabilities in smart contracts may lead to irreversible losses.
Loss of Access: Lost private keys or wallet credentials result in permanent loss of funds.

Users should conduct their own research and exercise caution before trading.

4.2 Prohibited Activities:

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Abusive Trading Patterns: Engaging in disruptive practices such as rapid mass deposits/withdrawals or excessive opening and closing of positions.
Exploiting Vulnerabilities: Manipulating or attacking smart contracts (e.g., through flash loan exploits or oracle manipulation).
Network Abuse: Overloading the network through spam transactions, Sybil attacks, or deploying malicious bots.

4.3 Risk Control Measures:

TheTrueTrade DEX reserves the right to:

Monitor and restrict user activity that threatens platform integrity.
Suspend or freeze accounts involved in harmful activities to protect users and maintain system stability.

5. Decentralized and Non-Custodial Nature

TheTrueTrade DEX is fully decentralized and non-custodial, meaning users retain control of their funds at all times.
No KYC is required, preserving user privacy and ensuring a decentralized experience.

6. Abuse of Multiple Accounts and Mass Account Creation

Users are strictly prohibited from creating or using multiple accounts to exploit, manipulate, or abuse TheTrueTrade DEX’s systems, rewards, or trading mechanisms. Any attempt to engage in mass account creation, coordinated activity to gain unfair advantages, or circumvent platform rules will be considered a violation of these Terms.

TheTrueTrade DEX reserves the right to take necessary actions, including but not limited to:

Blocking, freezing, or restricting access to accounts found engaging in such activities.
Revoking any illegitimately obtained rewards or benefits from abusive accounts.
Implementing security measures to prevent further abuse and ensure fair platform usage.

TheTrueTrade DEX is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent trading environment. Users found violating this policy may face permanent restrictions from accessing the platform.
